The Ultimate Tax Experience, LLC is a full service tax and accounting firm located in Atlanta, GA. We are dedicated to helping each client with their individual tax needs and consistently go the extra mile in order to do so. We are current on all aspects of tax law and updates. We are members of the National Association of Tax Preparers, hold QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification and can be found on the IRS tax preparer directory.
Most people dread all things tax and deathly fear the IRS. Fear no more! We are here to make life easier for you by accommodating all of your tax and accounting needs. We are not the typical tax office that shuts its doors on April 15. We are always accessible and are there with our clients every step of the way – from tax planning to tax preparation. The Ultimate Tax Experience, LLC was established in 2007 and is an authorized e-file provider. We began only completing personal tax returns, but over the years we have expanded to offer a full range of accounting services for individuals and small businesses.

Erica Heyward, EA
Erica Heyward began preparing tax returns for friends and family at her dining room table in 2006. Today, she is a highly sought-after tax and small business expert and the owner of the Ultimate Tax Experience, a premier boutique accounting firm that services individuals and businesses located in Midtown, Atlanta, Georgia.
She is a Savannah, Georgia native and graduated from Savannah State University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. In 2011, she graduated from Keller School of Management with a Masters in Financial Management. She began her career in Corporate America in 2006, moved on to higher education in 2009 and completed tax returns on the side. In 2015, her growing clientele enabled her to leave her full-time job and pursue tax full time.
What sets her apart from the rest is that she truly cares about her clients, soothes their tax jitters, and gives one on one assistance to everyone from the W-2 employee to large corporations grossing $1M per year. She simplifies the complicatedness that is the world of tax with ease. She is dedicated to helping each client with their individual tax and business needs and consistently goes the extra mile in order to do so.
