Miracle Smith serves as Receptionist & Administrative Assistant at The Ultimate Tax Experience, where she plays an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional experience for every client. She supports the firm’s front-office operations, client intake, scheduling, communication, and administrative processes while helping ensure clients are properly prepared throughout their engagement. 

 

In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Miracle serves as the Content Coordinator for the firm’s Marketing Department, supporting the development, organization, and coordination of content that strengthens the firm’s brand and client engagement.

• Document & Information Management —  Helps maintain accurate client information, documentation, and file organization.

• Marketing & Content Coordination —  Supports the planning, organization, and coordination of marketing content and initiatives.

• Client Follow-Up — Monitors outstanding information and helps ensure clients remain informed and prepared.

• Business Client Support — Assists with scheduling quarterly bookkeeping reviews and other administrative needs. 

• Team & Office Support — Provides dependable administrative support across the firm to promote efficiency and a strong client experience.
